I was recently with a client who does a lot of team presenting to win new business. They are faced with challenges of having team members with various levels of presentation strength and confidence, awkward transitions between speakers as the presenters wait for “their slides” and the uncertainly of who and how to handle questions from the audience. While they’ve enjoyed a good batting average, they know that they could be winning more business if they could master the art of team presenting. My mind immediately went to the last summer Olympics when the Men’s Swim Team won that incredible relay. Did you see that?
